Art Therapy

Rangmanthan

Where colours become conversations of the heart

At Urjabodh, we use art as a language of emotion. Many children express feelings more easily through colour and movement than through words. Rangmanthan allows them to explore their thoughts and emotions freely through painting, drawing, and creative play, helping them discover calm, confidence, and joy in self-expression.

Creating Without Rules

Art therapy sessions are guided but never restricted. Children are encouraged to express themselves through textures, shapes, and colours, turning imagination into a powerful form of communication. These creative moments strengthen emotional regulation, patience, and decision-making while reducing anxiety.

Healing Through Expression

Every stroke and shade reflects an inner emotion. Our therapists use gentle guidance and observation to help children identify feelings, release frustration, and build positive self-awareness. The process also improves fine motor coordination, attention span, and sensory balance in a peaceful, engaging way.

From Canvas to Confidence

As children create, they begin to connect — with themselves, their peers, and their environment. Over time, art becomes more than therapy; it becomes a source of pride and self-understanding. Each piece of art is a step toward confidence, emotional healing, and a deeper sense of belonging.
