Our Counselling program at Urjabodh offers a safe, supportive environment where children can express their emotions, address behavioral concerns, and build healthy coping strategies. Led by experienced psychologists, this program focuses on emotional well-being, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills, helping children thrive socially and emotionally.
Emotional Expression and Healing
Children work with our counselors to identify and express their feelings in a supportive environment. Using techniques like play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and art therapy, children learn to understand their emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop emotional resilience.
Enhancing Social Skills
Our program focuses on improving social skills, teaching children how to interact with others, resolve conflicts, and build meaningful relationships. We also work on improving communication skills, helping children feel heard and understood.
